i passed hardware & networking and i have also 1 year experiance in same field. please tell iam eligible on system administrator job? please help me

The short answer is: maybe.
The longer answer: It depends on a few things, mainly what other experience you have, what is expected for the job (as there's not just one type of system administrator; what you'll have to do there depends on whom you work for) and on what the interviewer thinks you can do compared to what is required.
Applying for such a job is probably a good idea in any case as even if you don't get it you may afterwards have a better idea of what is required. And don't be discouraged if there's something important on the job that you don't yet know - that's pretty common when start in a new job. A good interviewer will not only try to assess what you know but also what potential you have to learn stuff you don't yet know.
