I'm certainly no expert in this kind of stuff, but I'm pretty sure that depends on the network structure. Is there for example a single proxy server connecting the whole network to the internet?

      Mainali18,

This sounds like you are currently using an outbound firewall to block traffic to banned sites.

You might see if that device/software-package has a history or log file that you can access.

If you have nothing at the moment, and want to start monitoring, then you will have to tall your boss that. You cannot create data that do not exist.

      Luck!

The Squid proxy would be able to provide a platform to get you started, but as Oralloy suggested you'd also need to do things on your network like block outgoing http on your egress firewall that wasn't coming from your proxy.
