Sounds like a driver issue. The NIC is built-in so does Windows Update find a driver? Can you get one online from the manufacturer's website and install it?

One possibility is that it has already been disabled in the current hardware profile so the device manager is not displaying it in the list of devices.

From Device Manager select View -> Show Hidden Devices and see if it appears.

Normally an enabled device will appear in the device manager even if no driver is loaded for it.

        Thanks Banfa.
i checked Hidden Devices from Device Manager and there "NETWORK ADAPTER" is appearing. There appears different options after clicking + sign. but all options are WAN related e.g WAN MINIPORT(IP). what should i do now to make able my computer for LAN.

i want to add one more thing
in windows setup=>boot sequence. there is option

          Integrated NIC (disabled)

i dont know why this disable is shown and is it has any link with my problem

and i also dont know how change Integrated NIC (disabled) into Integrated NIC (enable)

however in INTEGRATED DEVICES (LegacySelect Options)
          Network Interface Controller is "on"
