I am trying to use XPBurn and have experienced these very same problems.

Could you please send me a copy of the corrected project.

    Thanks,

    Steve

If it is not too late, I would like a copy of the updated burn control.
I was able to resolve a few issues myself, but I am no c# programmer by
far. Did you ever have problems with files being open and trying to burn
them. My biggest problem is the files being in use after burn is
complete. It seems no matter how much I try to destory the object, it
keeps the files open unit I close my app.

        Thanks,
        Richard

                  Yipeee!

                  Luca,

After days of searching, I've stumbled across your thread which may solove my issues. WIll you be kind enough to e-mail me your solution at LEXCERM@YAHOO.C O.UK.

I have been using command FileCopy to backup an Access db to CD. This has been working fine up until recently when I have started getting an Error 75 message - File/Path unknown and I cannot copy the file over. Burning MP3's via ITuner and Media player works fine and so does a basic copy and paste from explorer.

I did notice a file on a the Cd along the lines of No Storage Space (I think) the last time I attemptd to copy a file. Have tried CDRW/CDR's and other CD's but to no avail. I was also able to delete files from CD's prior to this problem, but now I can't. Keep getting a READ/ONLY message appear.

                  I don't have 3rd party burners and I currently have a Samsung SM-348B.

I have been reading about IMPAI and this possible being the cause of my problems.

                  Thanks in advance,
                  Paul.

Luca, your bug fixes and enhancements would really help me out, too. I've got a very near deadline and have run into the dreaded xpBurn bugs.

Please send me a copy of your code at mikem@jetsoft.c om.

                          I really appreciate it!

                            Hi, Luca.

Have these changes been posted somewhere? If so, could you point me to the
                            right place?

If not, could I trouble you to send me a copy at jeffbi@jetsoft. com?

We've just come up against these issues and are somewhat under the gun.

                            Thanks very much,

Does anyone out there have these fixes? Or are they available for
download somewhere? I've just run into the FreeDiscSpace() problem.

                              Thanks, Bruce.

                                Hi Luca,
It will be very helpful if you could email me your updates on the xpBurn. I have been facing few issues with the xpBurn like the freeDiskSpace etc.
The xpBurn that Iam currently using has been modified slightly to address issues like explicitly using the Dispose ().
Iam also facing another problem where when i try to close the fileStream object, i sometimes get an exception "Cannot access a closed file". It will be helpful if there are some pointers to resolve this issue. My email id is supriyadevi@hot mail.com.

                                Regards,
                                Supriya
