ASP .Net Webcasts

If your in my position i know you'll say the ASP .Net webcasts are
great......howe ver one let down as always:

They cant be downloaded and viewed offline!!!!!

Does anyone know if they will be available to download or be avaiable on CD
at a later date? And why are these videos not available to download at the
same time they are released?
