    Dotnetfx install problem

I am having trouble installing dotnetfx on a machine. Here is the
    dotnetfx.log file

Any Ideas how to fix the machine so it will install will be helpful.

    What does ReturnCode=995 mean?

I also tried dotnetfx /q:a /c:"install /q" gives the same log file

      RE: Dotnetfx install problem

I wondered about that to, but I have installed it on many machines which do
not have IIS with no problems.
