Has anyone ordered software from Soft Portal (http://www.goroww.com)?
They're offering VS .NET 2003 Enterprise Architect for $140...obviousl y
seems too good to be true. Is this legitimate?
If it is a scam or something, does anyone know where to buy Visual Studio
for cheap? Also, now that you must register each copy of Visual Studio with
Microsoft, can you buy used copies or will the registration fail and cause
the installation to abort because it has already been registered?
