Unable to launch the IIS Express Web server.

HI,

While working with the Visual studio 2012, I am getting below the error. Please help on how to resolve it.

Error - Unable to launch the IIS Express Web server.
Failed to register URL "http://localhost:62348/" for site "MyMVCApplicati onName" application "/". Error description: Access is denied. (0x80070005)

I have tried to run the Visual studio as an Administrator. But the problem still persist.Please help on.
