I have developed a couple of aps for a client using C#. Everything worked fine until they replaced one of their computers. Now when reports are printed from the dot net apps to a Minolta printer, the text comes out garbled - the character set looks correct, but the charcters are wrong. Words like "Revenue" come out as "5 HYFQKH
The client can print from this computer to another printer with no problems, can print to the Minolta printer from another computer using the same apps with no problem, and can print from the new computer to the Minolta printer using non-dot net apps with no problems
The operating system is XP Pro, the printer driver installed on the computer is the most current, all of the Windows updates have been installed
Has anyone else run in to this problem? Any thoughts or suggestions to resolve the problem
