Windows Installer and previous installation folder

I have trouble finding previous installation folder during new installation
upgrade.
My TARGETDIR = [ProgramFilesFol der][Manufacturer]\[ProductName]
I want to set TARGETDIR to previously installed folder if previous
installation exists.
