.NET Books

I have been programming with Borland tools for many years and just installed
the trial of .NET 2003. My question is for good books that describe the
entire .NET Visual Studio. Some type of ".NET From Ground Up" or "Master
..NET", you get the idea. Even good C# books.

An absolute must for any .NET developer (not only C#) is
"Applied .NET Framework Programming" by Jeffrey Richter. Amazon
currently have it bundled with "Programmin g Windows with C#" by Charles
Petzold, for USD 76.98
