Multiselect DropDown

i have three Multiselect dropdowns.i want to Reload the Dropdowns After the Ajax call without affecting the Selected Values.Is this possible?

if the Ajax call reloads the page it might be a little bit tricky.

Try saving each selected index in session variables at the page's unload event, and then call them back in the page's load event if it's a postback.
