Web Services won't start

Can't start the Web deployment service. Error is in connection with the message
" Unable to bind to the underlying transport for 0.0.0.0:80. The IP Listen-Only list may contain a reference to an interface which may not exist on this machine. The data field contains the error number "
in the Error Log. I could not find any answer so far. I would be gratefull for suggestions. Marian

Are you trying to deploy from visual studio to iis? or just run the test web service in visual studio
