Hi !
Within the Whidbey MS will deliver .NET 2.0 with new language constructions
and many improvements (I suppose ;).
So, will it be possible to deploy .NET 2.0 SDK on Windows XP (not only
Longhorn ;)), when MS is going to release .NET 2.0, and will it works with
VS2003 ?..

Hi Pawel,

..NET 2.0 (code named Whidbey) will work on the same versions of Windows that
..NET 1.0 and 1.1 work on. According to www.asp.net/whidbey the first beta
should be out in late spring.

Yes, Whidbey will run on XP and other operating systems. It is a matched
runtime and VS release, so it won't work with VS 2003.
