Problems installing .NET Framework PRO

Hi,
I am not sure if this the right place to post this but if it is not please let me know the correct place.

I am trying to install Visual Studio .NET Professional and not able to install. I initually put the CD1 and it askes me to put the Prerequisites, when I put the prerequisites CD, it asks me to reboot the system as some other component want windows to reboot. This process goes on forever..
Does anyone know the solution?

Hi Kapil,

I thought I have seen an answer for this but cannot find it anymore,
maybe you search for your question in the newsgroup.

microsoft.publi c.vstudio.setup

If you cannot find it you can ask it again, it is not a very active
newsgroup.
