Creating solution file in VS2008 for web application?

How do I create a sln file in vs2008 for web application?

Click File > New > Project. Check the box to create a new directory for solution if you want. Choose what language you want to use, then click OK.

Did you go to the actual folder where it's stored? It's in there. By default, SSRS doesn't show the solution file in it's explorer unless there's more than one project in the same solution. You can change it in your settings if you want.
