New to OleObjects, MS Access, .NET

I'm just reading about OleObjects and their use within MSAccess. Most of the information I find is how to store imgaes in this field, but I know you can also save other types. Which brings me to my question:

Can someone point me in the right direction on saving a System.Array as an OleObject? Or maybe something else along those lines (a DataTable, perhaps).
