Web Set-up Deployment Issue

OK. I create a Web Deployment Setup package on my
development server.

I move the executable to the Stage server. I can get the
web app to install the the 'Default' Web site no problem.

But, what if I want to install this application to a
different web site? Is it something glaringly obvious
like putting a full URL in the wizard when it asks for
the 'virtual directory' during the install?

(and here I thought that the UNC mapping to URL matching
issue - the .tmp mime type fix - was the tough fix.)
