    Problems w/ VS

    I had VS.Net on my machine and it had some problems launching the
    applications through the IDE. I tried uninstalling it and the program hung.
    Now I cannot reinstall because the MS installation program hangs each time
    in the same place. Do anyone know if there are any newsgroup I can look
    towards for help?

      The first place I'd try is:

      microsoft.publi c.vsnet.setup
