Create Outlook Task with ASP.net

I have a web application that has an area for users to
have suspenses (same as tasks). However this is just
database controlled. Is there a way that I can create an
Outlook Task with ASP.net so that if the user wishes they
may export their suspenses to an outlook task, so that it
could easily synchronize with PDAs and home email
systems... If so how do I go about it? I saw that the
new sharepoint portal server can do it, however I am not
sure how Microsoft went about it.

Hi Nicholas,

The proper solution is to automate Outlook.You can add a reference to the
Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook libraries to your project. This
will create .NET wrappersfor the COM objects that you use to automate
Outlook. Then, you would have
to create an instance of Outlook to get what you want. For more information
