    Detailed Description:
    As a Systems Engineer, your focus will be architecting and
    implementing mission critical Enterprise Solutions utilizing Windows
    2003 technology. You will build management, technical and planning
    skills by participating in large projects and leading teams. You will
    improve your abilities to think creatively, design solutions, and
    interact with customers. You will contribute to our vast repository of
    intellectual property when you design and build the solutions which
    will set the standard for the future of business.

    Minimum Requirements
    Extensive consulting expertise
    Work effectively and communicate with executive level management of
    Fortune 500 clients
    Complex infrastructure design of eCommerce solution from a
    systemsstandpoi nt
    Enterprise level Exchange Migration experience (1000-40,000 seats)
    Windows 2003 Migration/Implementation at the Enterprise Level
    (1000-40,000 seats)
    Experience using NET IQ products
    Experience with clustering servers (100+ servers)
    Understanding of Network protocols/services (TCP/IP, IPX/SPX,
    NetBEUI, Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Token-Ring, FDDI, ATM, gigabit
    Ethernet, frame-relay, T1/E1)
    Understanding of Network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, routers,
    switches, hubs, premise wiring)
    Operations management (Systems Management Server, helpdesk, SNMP)
    Understanding of Security services (Active Directory, Kerberos, PKI,
    DMZ's and Proxy Server)
    Unisys ES 7000 experience on Windows Data Center Server 2000 as well
    as Unisys tools to manage ES 7000 series servers
    SAN Storage architecture and implementation on EMC, Hitachi Disk
    Storage as well as RAID 5 arrays on large multi-terabyte environment
    Microsoft Certification preferred
    Strong customer service and oral and written communication skills
    Experience qualifying business development prospects
    Proven ability to articulate complex business and technical concepts
    to senior level executives
    Interest and ability to travel on a regular basis
    Preferred Requirements:
    Ability to design systems at the highest level using Windows
    2003/Exchange 2003 technology
    SQL Server infrastructure experience
    "Expert" experience with operating system services (including Windows
    Server 2003 , Windows 2000 Server Data Center Edition, Windows NT, and
    Biztalk Server)
    Demonstrated ability to win business then deliver on the solution
    Candidate must have led large teams, ideally in a consulting capacity
    using a structured methodology
    Implement Directory Services at the Global/Enterprise level
