    Please use a better topic name than "asp.net" we all know it's asp.net because that is the forum you are posting in. I have changed the topic for you.

      No, I can't send you a demo.

      I don't speak asp.net.

      Although I can send you some pseudocode:

      Code:
      Method Check_password_strength(text password)
      {
        define password strength = weak

        if password length > 8 characters:
          password strength = good
        if password length > 8 and contains a number:
          password strength = better
        if password length > 8 and contains a number and contains a punctuation mark:
          password strength = best

        return password strength
      }

        First, you should think about the definition of a weak, good or strong password. Then you can implement that...Shouldn' t be too difficult.

          This is automatically done for you if you use Membership/Roles and the appropriate controls.

          I think this article covers it ....mostly....
          Walkthrough: Creating a Web Site with Membership and User Login.

          Check out This Video about Membership.

          Also, you should consider researching Forms Authentication, and Role Management so that you have a good idea of what happens during authentication and authorization.

          If it doesn't suit you then use the MSDN library or google continue your research.
