Package and implement website online

i hav developed website asp.net with sql server 2005..how can i make as simple package and how can i implement my website through online..

Open the Solution Explorer.
Right click on the project and choose "Publish".
Choose a folder where the published "package" will be dumped into and click next to do the process.
