    .NET 2003

I have upgraded from VS .Net 2002 to VS .Net 2003 ( upgrade CD from MS
website). In my start menu I see shortcuts for both 2002 & 2003. Can
    I uninstall .NET 2002 ?

You can unless you still want to develop under the 1.0 Framework. BE
WARNED: If you open a 2002 project in 2003, it will be upgraded to the 1.1
Framework and there's no going back after that (AFAIK).

VS.2003 can be set to target the 1.0 Framework.
