MSDN Library April 2002 Message Box

After installing VS .NET 2002, I insert the MSDN Library
April 2002 CD 1. After answering all of the questions,
but just before installation begins, I get the following
message box:

Title: MSDN Library - April 2002 - Setup Wizard

Text: Setup has detected that Microsoft Developer Network
Namespace is configured for use within Visual
Studio .NET. Would you like to replace it with MSDN
Library - April 2002?

What is a Microsoft Developer Network Namespace and what
is this message box asking me?
