It depends on the level of programmer you are. If you're already a keen programmer with a good understanding of programmatic structures, concepts and paradigms then I'd recommend completely different books than if you're starting out learning your first programming language...

I am already a keen programmer with a sound knowledge of programming in various other languages like C and Java. Also I know the basic concepts of VB.Net. Still I want to improve myself in VB.net at a higher level.
