my company is a registered member and have the MSDN Empower benefits which
able to download msdn subscriber downloads inside msdn site.

Problem is that not all softwares cannot be downloaded as showing with a
invisible download link under availability column.

How will you check that the MSDN site is properly working

What level subscription does your company have? Most levels don't give you
access to all products.
