as this error can be given for number of reasons. most common one is u r trying for something which dont exist.. -
I've seen that error before when a resource that my aspx page uses is missing...or not there (just like what the error message suggests).
Check to make sure that all resource files (like resx files, JavaScript files etc) are in the correct place for your page to use.
Please provide more details about your application, what you've tried to solve the problem, and why you think the error is happening.
