DataTable Operations

I am new to this Forum. Please help me in this.

I need to generate one report(Excel)Fi le.
For that I have to extract data from one table.
And I have to done some manipulations on that extracted data without Database tables.
Within VB.Net code, I need to do the neccessary manipulations.
