converting c# code to PPC

im beginner in c# and want to start writing for PPC devices.
if i have the code what next .
i know that some converting to cab file, how they do it.
and what other options.

All that runs with windows ce.

Well if you created the project correctly, it would produce an EXE that you could just deploy to the device and run?
