error message 8024002D

when installing update for microsoft works 8..(KB966428) above error code
pops up..then it asks for destination to install.....or for the
disc........thi s computer came with this stuff installed at factory...so no
disc.......or when u click the destination that it indicates...wil l not
work.......

If you ask your Works question in a Works group, rather than in this .NET
programming group, you'll probably get useful responses. Here's how to find
