Can someone tell me how I could solve the multilingual user interface problem
    with my computer, pls?

The Microsoft Officer XP Chinese (Traditional) User Interface Pack has been
accidentially deleted from my computer and thereafter, Chinese characters was
not properly displayed at Windows. This happened when I click Start
    >>Control Panel>>Regions & Language>>Advan ced>>Non Unicode languages>>Chin ese
    (Taiwan).

    Any expert advice, pls!

First, you need to ask your question in a Windows group. This is a .NET
    programming group.

As you appear to be using a web interface, start here to find an appropriate
    group:

Click the + beside your language. then scroll down to Windows. In Windows,
open the Windows XP category, then find a group there to post in.
