    site is already launced.
when we open the site, the machine is getting very slow.

Is it the IIS machine that is getting slow or the Client's machine that is slow loading the page?

If it's the IIS you're going to have to look at your server code to determine what is slowing it down.

If it's your Client's machine, look into how many resources the browser is loading. If you are making a lot of partial page update Ajax calls, often the Ajax (JavaScript) has to be reloaded in the browser which can bog down your page loads.

I would recommend investigating profiling tools to help you determine where the "slowness" is coming from. There are a lot out there...eg Ant's Profiler...there are Microsoft ones too.

These tools really help in analyzing this type of problem.

I'm not sure how a website would make MSWord or Outlook run slowly. Unless you are using an ActiveX (to play the music) which uses a lot of resources?

Does the client machine have a virus of some sort?
Have you looked at Task Manager to determine what is using the most resources?

ActiveX controls eat resources. Like if you are using a flash object to play your sound/video it will bloat pretty quick.
