deleted emails

lost my emails in my inbox during a 'disk cleanup' my comp crashed and all
my emails are lsot. How can I retrieve these? Any helpful comments welcome.

Start by posting your question to a group that is more relevant, like one
with "Windows" in it. This is a .Net programming newsgroup.
