insert after confirm() in asp.net using c#

I want that after yes or cancel on confirm button i do accordingly.
how I can know that if true then do this otherwise do that?

Javascript having dialog box named confirm() which return true for "Ok" and false for "Cancel"
u can try this, even for asp.net button control
