dataset inforamtions

ma using c# in windows application and i want to ask something.
i have a for loop and i want to know if is possible each time to add two values in the datased??
is this possible or you know other ways that are easier than this????

i will add two variables.the one is the name and the other is the value(int).
but each time i want that value to be update.
i accept any sugestions which way is easier to be implemented if this that i want is not easy with a dataset.
