Installation error 1937... pls help

I tried to install Microsoft Visual Studio .Net Enterprise Architect 2003 in my computer which has Windows xp pro. Installation fails at the last stage while installing Webbrowser components. The error message I got is

Error 1937. An error occurred during the installation of assembly.

'Microsoft.msht ml,version="7.0 .3300.0",public key token="b03f5f7f 11d50a3a",cultu re="neutral",Fi leversion="7.0. 3300.0".

The signature or catalog could not be verified or is not valid. HRESULT:0x80131 045.

Could you please tell me what is the cause and how to troubleshoot this issue????

It can't find a dll registered for that version of mshtml.
You're probably missing a version of .NET or just need to do a repair on your current .NET installations.

Check MSDN for that error though.
