    Time Resets on Reboot

I am running Windows Vista. My clock runs 2 minutes slow. My clock is not
set to sync with any Internet Time. I changed it to the correct time but
upon reboot the time was reset. I went in the BIOS and changed the system
time and when I logged in the time was correct. However the next time I
rebooted the time was reset. Can anybody help?

Your machine may need a new battery.

Thanks for your advice. This has been happening since I purchased the
computer. Is it normal for a brand new battery to need replacing?

Nope. And try posting your question in a group with "Windows" in the
description. This is a .Net programming newsgroup.
