dispaying only close btn in a web page

i m using VB in asp.net.

In my web page,i want only the close button to be displayed. Min and Max btns should not be displayed .

how can i do this????

Yes you can do it for Pop windows or child windows
use window.showMode lDialog()

I m using visual studio 2005

I have two forms.
One contains a Button
if i click the button in form1,form2 should be opened like a pop up.only close button should be there in form2.
till closing this form2, form1 should be disabled .

That code given above is javascript.

Asp .Net being a server side functionality cannot control what the client uses and how they use it.
You wil have to look into javascripts to manipulate browser settings, however disabling functionalities is now highly reccommended as something which should not be done.

if your button is server control then its having event onClientClick event write above code for this event

use popup dialog to show your page using javascript...


example:

function displayPage() {

you do the adjustments on the size of the window... trial and error until the desired size is achieved...
