webX Remote Desktop

Hi...

I want to create a application which should access the remote desktop. The application should be like that i should have the feeling that i am using my personal PC ie using Local PC....

I dont know where to start... Plz help me in this matter.... for ref i was given the link webX(http://www.webex.co.in/?DCMP=OTC-FromGP) how it works...
