How to export CSV data in to the excel?

I have CSV data and i want to import it to the excel sheet.
I know about Microsoft.Offic e.Interop.Excel
but still i am not able to do it.

I got my answer. I just rename it as .csv and open it in excel throught c# .
Dam it is working.. so easy ..
