    VB.NET -Windows App: Email Archiving System Addin for Outlook

    I want to make addin for Microsoft Outlook 2003; I am in Construction company
    I have many projects in this company, also I have many departments in it : Estimation, cost control, planning, contracts, etc..
    each department contain many engineers each engineer work in separte project, I have make a simple database in it there are 5 field in it (Serial, Project Name, Department Name, TO, CC )
    I want to make a visual basic project in this project a (simple 2 combobox and and 3 buttons and they are (1 button for new mail and one for reply and the last for forward ) I want to make it when I select the project name from the combobox which related with the database with the Project name field and also select my department) make the program automaticaly select the TO and CC field from the database and open the Outlook then make the software type the TO and CC automaticaly and add the Department name automatically too.
    I am using the Command Distinct row to filter my projects and departments from a query in microsoft access, also I want to make it easy in adding a new Project, Just add it into our database, Finally, I hope to help me because I have to run this software on my domain after 2 days from today

          I think that my software is very simple and short in codes
