Simple RTF TextBox

Hi,
Just wondering if there is a way of making/or getting from somewhere, a textbox with a few buttons for simple text formatting. Similar to the controls on the textbox for posting a new comment here.

You would want to use the RichTextBox and create buttons for it yourself?

EDIT: It's just a regular texbox on this website with some fancy javascript used to insert special tags that the forums software uses
