Blue Screen technical information.

all boots fine until Windows tries to load. it then leaves me with a blue
screen that tells me "a problem has been detected and windows has been shut
down to prevent damage to your computer..." i've would try it's
recommendations on what to do, but windows never is able load and so i cannot
check the drives, etc. i've even tried booting in safe-mode, that doesn't
work either. i get the same message. however, the message does end in,
"technical information: *** stop: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x865DF268,
0xC0000102, 0x00000000). what can i do? Please help me!!!
