WWF- Rule Validation Fails

Hi

I am creating a RuleSet in the code and it gets successfully validated .
But if i serialize and deserialize it back to the ruleset and try to validate it error is thrown "Rule Validation Failed : Cannot write to expression of this type"

The validation object remains the same.
Please suggest some solution.
