XmlStarlet is xslt processor, xml validator and more

http://xmlstar.sourceforge.net/

It is freeware (MIT license) and based on libxml2/libxslt.
Works on Windows/Linux/Solaris and other Unix'es

If the 'power' means additional enhancements, it supports XSLT
extensions
described on exslt.org
