MS Excel Sheet and C#

Hi Dears,
Thanks to all people for helping me. Now again I have some problems regarding to manage excel file in C# code. I want the most easiest code for opening excel file and the code that gives me the list of excel sheet names like the table names in the MS Access file.
Please help me again.
