Just Understand Vb.Net is a Programing Language from VS.Net.

Vs.Net is a suite Contains Many languages.
It is Look like VS 6.0

Microsoft is up with their .Net version of 3.5 and is still in beta.
Any change in the .Net framework will be mimplememnted by vb .net or c# . Net
and i believe when number start to go up they can keep climbing!!

The Framework 3.5 Supports Multitargetng,X AML and Some New components to Asp.Net Listview now with asp.net 3.5. I think They are looking for To do programing web Application much Like Windows Applcation.

i'd say this depends on your current level at vb6< etc... if you are advanced in vb then not very long at all.

personally i picked it up quickly and within weeks i could make complex programmes but after 1 year im still no-where near a guru in vb.net
