    how to add scroll bar in grid view when data is esceed than size.

      Is your application is WEb or windows?
      If windows,it automatically show the scrollbar when data exceeds in datagridview

          if it is asp .net based, put the grid around div tags, and set the property of scrollbars for the grid :)
