vb6 from .net through javascript

hey am calling one exe file created by vb6 from .net through javascript.. now the problem is i need to pass a parameter to that exe from javascript..how can i pass.. i have the code of that vb.exe..

i can't show code.. am working in wipro its a project code.. i think u can understand..
the thing is its a .net web application am using vb.net for development..
now in one form i need to call one .exe file(vb6) through java script, its working,
but now i need to pass one parameter to that exe while call.. its nothing but the file path(that vb.exe),

its the code am using to open that exe

function PatchLink(linkn ame)
{
window.open(lin kname,'_New');
}

now i want to pass that linkname(its the parameter i need to pass) to the same application which is going to execute..

plz help me if u know..
